音楽療法とは、同調の原理に基づき、被験者の心の状態を誘導する事が本質です。但し、強引な誘導に対しては拒絶反応が起きます。音楽療法の基本は、好きな音楽を聴く事に付きます。しかし、好きな音楽でも、聴く場面を間違えるとこの拒絶反応によって逆効果になってしまいます。音楽療法は、カウンセリングと同じなのです。当会は、心の状態の数値化を試みています。
